Meet the Clergy

The Rev’d Dr Gordon Jeanes, Vicar

Gordon has been vicar of St Anne’s since 1998. He served curacies in Surbiton and Wimbledon then taught theology at the universities of Durham and Cardiff as well as engaging in chaplaincy and clergy training. Gordon has three children, now at or post university. When not in the parish he enjoys a walk out in the countryside. But he has kept up his academic work and still produces the odd article (usually of interest to no one except fellow academics!). It’s usually Gordon who does the blog on the home page of this website.
